Maintenance Service includes equipment checks, filter cleaning, skimming debris from the top of the pool, blowing off the deck, emptying all baskets, vacuuming as needed, brushing, chemical balancing, and brushing. Basic chemicals are included such as shock tabs, sodium bicarbonate, Muriatic acid, and up to four (4) bags of salt per month. Specialty chemicals such as mustard algae treatments, stain treatments, and cya reducer are an extra charge.

Green to clean is when you take a pool from green to party-ready – removing all algae and debris from the pool, making sure equipment is working properly, and leaving it sparkling. Chemicals (both start-up and on-going use) are not included in this service.
The first green-to-clean appointment is the most important. We will remove as much debris as possible and add the adequate amount of chlorine and chemicals needed to start the process.

Follow-up visit to help continue the clean-up process for issues like mustard algae, stain treatments, etc...
